Penfield Townhome Overhaul

This charming Penfield townhome required a comprehensive update. We replaced four different types of flooring with a single luxury vinyl plank (LVP) throughout the entire first floor. The finishes were chosen to reflect the homeowner's contemporary style while optimizing storage in the compact kitchen. Tile and flooring were selected from Artwalk Design, custom high-gloss cabinetry and a floating vanity were crafted by VHI Cabinets, Cambria Quartz countertops were provided and installed by Solid Surfaces of Western NY, and the remodel and installation were executed by Element of Pride.
